May 23, 2020 — Eight SNMC Minis celebrated Memorial Day by participating in the Virginia City Memorial Day Cruise this afternoon. After meeting up at the Carson City North SaveMart we drove east on Highway 50 to NV 341 and then up through Gold Hill to Virginia City. After cruising through downtown Virginia City, to the delight of throngs of patriotic citizens, we headed north to Geiger Grade. As we traveled down the winding road to the valley floor, we passed Shari Baughman's house where she was standing on her porch and waving to us as we passed. All in all, it was a nice way to ease out of quarentine and enjoy our Minis and each other's company while social distancing. Thanks to Jon Greene for taking these photos.
